We've reached out to a couple of lenders but got turned down since we are currently investing out of the country from Japan (although my wife is from Mpls) and we only have one investment property, which is a duplex.

I live and work in the Kansai area of Japan.

Japan has negative rates.

I loved Spain, Okinawa Japan and love my Jamaican family and going to see them there.
