Commercial lender in Minneapolis, MN

My wife and I are pursuing a 14-unit apartment in north of Minneapolis. We've reached out to a couple of lenders but got turned down since we are currently investing out of the country from Japan (although my wife is from Mpls) and we only have one investment property, which is a duplex. Does anyone know of any bank that might be interested in lending to newer investors like us for investing in this apartment? This seems like a really solid deal and we really want to get on it!

Thanks for your help,

Shu
