Positive is location: Right near a busy inetersection and they are talking about a potential interstate connecter near by.

In essence, the property is a government entity owned commercial building, off the interstate 10 gateway (making it highly visible), blocks from downtown El Paso.

It is located in an highly visible location, with excellent access via the interstate as well as very close to down town & an up and coming neighborhood.

(Do keep in mind that while legally and morally they have this "best interst for you" stipulation, that is not the case many times.
