If your looking for homes just make offers with the realtor who has the listing - no need to make a grand gesture to say "join my team" - If you like them after that deal is done - maybe work with them again - if not - don't.I guess what I am trying to say is getting a team together is something that happens organically and naturally VS today I am going to build a team.

I have not tried them but there are also acoustical panels you can get to help as well.While none of this is required of you, if the tenant otherwise is a good tenant it might be a nice gesture.
