Of course, you would not have a remaining equity split to deal with, but the dollars per distribution/time to distribute concept is the same.BTW, in 16 years of setting up self-directed IRA plans, fractional distributions in-kind was my least favorite strategy.

@Lien Vuong Quincy is my personal favorite due to asian food and community but as you mention slightly far from the city for STR but if I get a walking distance from the T, that would be doable.

You could be drop shipping from an Amazon warehouse business using leveraged inventory and doing the exact same thing or borrowing billions to buy NVIDIA GPU's to retrofit and add on to your own servers like my favorite business does, SMCI.
