Maybe, but one thing is certain, you'll need to devote material time to educating yourself and building up your tax "hat". 

I think it makes sense to focus your time on connecting with local investors in southeastern Ct and look to other parts of Ct (perhaps Central area) before devoting time and resources out of state.

Often times, you can learn more as a consumer about a property via Zillow than the buyer's agent knows or cares to devote the time.
