Would someone tell me where I can get a Purchase Agreement or Contract to download from online? Also, what documents (forms, contracts, agreements etc...) must I have to complete a wholesale deal properly? Where can I find these documents to download? Thank you in advance for your help.

Make sure whatever documents you use are appropriate for your state. What works in one state may not be appropriate in another state.

There is enough on this site, in podcasts and on YouTube to keep you busy for quite some time. Invest some time in your education, it will payoff in results and credibility.
