I think you are on the right track with composing a letter to send out.

You can teach someone to play a trumpet, that does not make them a composer or a conductor.

I appreciate some hosts claiming they see the end of the tunnel, but I believe the industry is hurt for years, not just months, and hotels are better positioned to transit through this crisis than the unstable STR market composed of hosts with no reserve and not enough motivation to stay in this business.

In case you do not know what AirDNA is, they are a company that scrubs all the publicly available AirBNB rental data and composes it in clean and easily digestible formats.
