I’ve chosen my niche as rental properties for college students with a secondary niche of multi families for the general public.So far I’ve been talking to some realtors, touring houses, getting preapproved, talking to lenders, and connecting with real estate attorneys to make sure I don’t break any laws with my first property.looking to connect with others on here (and hopefully in person too), learn, and eventually help others.Outside of real estate, I work a full time job, exercise, spend time in the outdoors, and chill with my dogs.looking forward to meeting y’all 

I don't pitch (nothing wrong with that though ) Just Chill and Real Estate...I have observed that I get more assistance from meetup webpages and social media than here, which leads me to believe that there may be something wrong with my copywriting that is not friendly enough for the algorithm or something else.

Mara, we have had extreme weather these last 3 days, with wind chill in double negative digits, and in NH, heat not working in the winter is an emergency.  

So maybe everyone needs to chill a bit, stop using assumptions based on skin tones, and think that while there may be a bias out there and a discriminatory action by some, it does not define the entirety of people of similar traits be it eye color, skin tone, height, weight etc..

I will chill and take my 4+%!

I understand that this is highly dependent on a multitude of factors, but based on the trend of interest rates and the chilling of the housing market, is this maybe something I should pursue?

We were going to wait for the market to chill out and save for downpayment, but this opportunity came up and we're inclined to seize it.We've always rented, but at 37 with a growing family, I'd like to start building equity and eventually cashflow.
