For example you never start a direct mail campaign if you do not have the budget to do it for several mailings regardless of the results (starting out). 

I have not done any type of direct mail marketing yet but have spent to morning researching how do run such a campaign.  

I would suggest you set up a website also with a nice clean simple landing page to generate leads.Then you can direct your Facebook Ads or Google Adwords campaigns there and it also ads credibility.Twitter and Instagram both have paid marketing tools as well that you can utilize to build an online presence.

Woman... for 1000 a month I could get a sweet little DMM campaign going which pretty much will give you much better chance to actually make money!

It came from a DM Campaign I put out trying to be a wholesaler, I just liked the idea of trying to do this one myself.

Trying to determine a consistent, low cost lead generation strategy and sticking with it.I find myself dipping into using different lists (tax delinquent, code violations) and driving for dollars and also looking to do bandit signs.I need to pick a strategy and stick with it until I get my first deal or 2, then use some of the money to start a direct mail campaign which is a common them among the successful wholesellers on the BP podcasts.

Just started and active marketing campaign if anyone is wanting to collaborate. 

With that being said I am preparing to start my first direct mailing campaign.

@Frankie Woods have you tried a  direct mail campaign?

I did a direct mail campaign but seen it took money to try and make money and I had heard 50/50 good and bad things about direct mail.
