I had a animal house I will never forget... it was a little zoo on the out side I thought how quant .. knocked on door and there was loud barking from literally 20 to 30 dogs.. and it had cheap lamanite flooring so you could hear all the dogs nails and paws running toward the door.. lady opens the door and you guess it full blown kennel only no dogs were kenneled  .. had to take it to studs to get smell out... seen many homes were they wore out carpet and were living on the sub floor but that's pretty standard in a lot of these... :)   and bought one that was a Porno house big studio and equipment left behind... it was a million dollar home

There’s only 1 serious headache that I’ve had so far and luckily they were all bark and no bite.Rarely have any damage over $50... mostly a broken dish or forgotten beach towel.
