There are laws on the books to protect people's rights from just the kind of predatory practices that you committed.Regardless of the (to you) sneaky and abusive nature of this tenant you must follow the law.

Do NOT stop making repairs, but IF it can be attributed to tenant damage, abuse, or misuse, then BILL them, and tack on late charges as allowed by the aforementioned documents when they don't pay.

Its become a source of considerable abuse here in CO.I'd speak to your county assessor.Jon

Now your house is labelled where someone was killed, and harder to both rent and sell.I think for the safety of the family, the person and the landlord for being liable, you should give your tenants information on centers that assist abused women.

If you respond to every whim a tenant has then they are going to abuse the relationship very quickly.

It justs invites abuse if somebody really doesn't want to.

I recentl read a reply from him that while he was given one of his well thought out, and written replies, he warned potential abusers that their "posts would be deleted WITHOUT NOTICE!"
