Hello All, We have a 2 flat on the 3500 block of West Palmer in Chicago and need to hire a local guy to cut lawn, trimming, and spring and fall cleanup. 

Such as getting your painter started painting trim and doors in the garage while the drywall is being finished.

With fiscally responsible administration, the needless waste will be trimmed. 

No base trim at the bottom of the walls... they used cove base.

So if you are looking for an drywall guy you might ask the guy who does trim work and doors.In my limited experience most GC's will ask for 50% up front. 

I once watched one of them take used book shelves and put them along 1 wall in the dining room, added new trim, a few doors and hardware, and POOF it was a built in buffet/hutch! 

I had one who when walking up to the house looked and saw peeling paint on the outside window trim and made the comment, wow you don't spend any money on paint do you? 

If it were me I would take off the trim, (carefully as I could) take down the tiles and see what I have.

I think it needs new roof, gutters, downspouts, electrical, plumbing, a lot of drywall, kitchen, 2 baths, trim, doors, flooring and paint.
