You must be stoked to have your first deal, you're ahead of most people because most people never pull the trigger. 

Not just that, but your presence can hopefully leave more of a personable impression.I wasn't leaving the neighborhood until I did it and I'm stoked I did! 

@Jared Stokes - are you asking if the $75k PP can be a tax loss or are you asking if it is an investment loss? 

I am super excited and would be stoked to help anyone else in finding great deals containing more than $60k in profit.

Also, the first few clients we had were so thrilled about the good service they were getting at a lower price that they've given us rave reviews and brought us other clients by word of mouth.All that to say I would start a little lower than what you think the market will bear to start off with some super stoked clients who will help you do all the advertising for you in the future :) Best of luck!
