We live in central WA less than an hour from tourist towns of Leavenworth and Chelan.I'd like to connect with private money and hard money lenders, and wholesale investors.

I absolutely love both of these areas and believe there are great opportunities everywhere, whether you're buying to live or investing.

What about while I live there I wanted to rent out the other unit or units, is this allowed under USDA?

I now live out of state, but I still have a 4 acre property near the crossroads (on 111 & near 77) in Lavaca County, TX that I need to do something with.
