Once the name is "Knights of Nee LLC" it can be difficult to change due to 1031 rules, etc.

@Kwame Knights, what I have seen from the couple of properties I have purchased from wholesalers is that the wholesales attorney (Illinois is an attorney state) has a huge kickback in line items to both sides of the deal, and since you the buyer are paying them, no one else cares.

The first quote I received was around $1,500 and I was hoping to have one other quote for comparison.ThanksCall Kyle Knight, State Farm (in Reston)I used to have insurance through him (and his dad before him) and was very happy with them.

As @Kevin Knight points out the potential penalties are very, very serious.
