They see my video on Youtube, then Instagram, then they see my ad again on Facebook (one of many different ones), then when they go to CNN, netflix, any main stream websites they see my display ads following them all over, then they follow me on YouTube, they join my Facebook group where I help everyone for free... and then this happens..So now one person rallies everyone in the group.

Sounds like the start of every Instagram influencers sales pitch.

Similar to you, I also listened to multiple podcasts and consumed a lot of content through instagram, bigger pockets forums, blogs, and connecting with experienced investors.

I find That Instagram and Facebook are most useful.

I am looking for lenders  for a property (s) in a super super hot So Cal market, where every single silicon valley company is opening offices (Netflix, Amazon, Snapchat, TikTok, Apple, Instagram/Facebook all within 5 miles) and a mass exodus is happening from SF to this area for jobs at these locations. 

We have spoke a few times back and forth on Instagram and on here.

I don’t see anyone talking about Instagram ads so to chime in I'm seeing Instagram ads as being an awesome lead source.There's no need to even really compare the two asking “which is better Angel Facebook Ads or Instagram ads??”.

I'm going the route of reaching out to my social circle through social media posts (Snapchat,Instagram, FB stories) and that I'm a wholesaler who can help sell their home but also provide other avenues for those who may be struggling to keep their home and arent interested in selling.

Social media is a very good vetting tool, but I find that Facebook and Instagram can be used to discriminate by some landlords.

And you will not likely see that $$ back or the $$ to repair it.Knowing something and proving something are totally different....I do like the idea of stalking their social media.....Instagram, FB, whatever.....you may get lucky and catch them red -handed....you know there was someone that had their phone out during or at least right after it happened....100% guaranteed...... its on social media..... but finding it will take some work.
