Based on the conversation I had with the treasurer the town was making no effort to get tax revenue from it. 

Another one is the Treasure Valley Area Real Estate Investor Club (TVA-REI Club) meeting that's every other Thursday at 6pm.

@Carl Johnson winters in Idaho (at least the Treasure Valley/Boise Metro) aren't too bad and are much more mild than people think...I still wear my shorts and sandals clear into December and January.  

I keep learning that it never hurts to ask and that one woman's trash is often another man's treasure.

You may also consider joining the FVRMA chapter for the Treasure Coast. 

Jorge,I agree Tampa is a great spot I am right across the bridge over in Treasure island/St.Pete by the beaches. 

Might be worth checking with the treasure about where tax bills are going or if it will be a county tax sale shortly. 

The profits I make allow me to help support my family, which gives me the bandwidth to keep doing this, and also allows me to continue to turn trash into treasure.
