I am a recent honorably discharged vet (Navy) and I work a 6pm-6am 12 hour shift w-2 job. 

As for the separation, I'm no expert but I think it's a possibility that the previous owners started a french drain project but gave up..How much money would you expect a finished basement with added bath and structural fix, gutted and redone rooms, complete conversion from drop ceiling to drywall, an expanded kitchen/reno, and added bathroom to the main floor, cost?

I also speak French and Spanish, but that's besides the point.- Someone who can talk me through options, is up to date on regulations, zoning, etc.  

I was in the Navy and had a lot of apartments and roommates, and even roomed with married people, and it was not easy.

I'm retired from the Navy and own my own lawn care and landscaping company,  interested in learning all aspects of flipping homes .

I just served six years in the Navy as a nuclear electrician.

The first rental I purchased in the house I was renting and will be moving out of in a year due to the Navy.

I am currently in the Navy, stationed in North Chicago.

...My credit union (Navy Federal) is a portfolio lender BUT dealing with them can be a bit frustrating , in the end it'll be worth it ,I bought a fixer upper for 15k ,put 20k into it ,my hard money lender already gave it a 63k ARV ,we all know how HML can be ultra conservative for obvious reasons,but I went to Navy Fed to refi out ,they came in with a value of 14k ?     

I AM ALSO A RETIRED NAVY VET, I AM LOOKING TO START INVESTING IN MULTIFAMILY UNITS IN THE PHOENIX VALLEY, BULLHEAD CITY,  LAKE HAVASU CITY, AND PRESCOTT VALLEY AREA TO START.
