No one wants to be filmed in the common area of a home they rent a room in.

I'm 30, engaged, have a great job in the tv / film industry in Los Angeles, good credit, and have about $30k I'm looking to invest if needed (though not the preferred option).

One of the things that really impressed me was how much game film watched per day.

You should definitely film your next if you should so be inspired...or have the time!

@David Zocchi -- I actually looked at a fourplex in this area, so I have a story that will help add some context to the neighborhood...The numbers looked great on paper, and the price was right, so my client was quite excited to go and view the property and make an offer...As soon as we turn the corner into the neighborhood, there was a guy with a couple pitbulls nearby throwing money into the air and rapping into the camera while filming a rap video with his friends.

I could write a book and film a reality show!!!
