I am assuming that HOA info is private, I am interested in compiling a large list of Condos in my area with recent HOA increases and assessments.

I've come across a few ways to compile buyers lists on listsource and I have the local REIA, but was wondering if there are any other ideas for building a buyers list for a newbie.

Are you trying to evaluate a deal or compile a quarterly financial statement for your existing properties. 

I use a sass (propertyshark) that compile trustee sale information and I query for winning bidders.

And what about the realtors who seem to be compiling lists of sheriff sale properties to (presumably) approach desperate homeowners to list with them during the redemption period?

I am compiling a list of all the potential value-add opportunities for multifamily rehabs and renovations with the goal of increasing rents.

I really need to compile a list of quality questions to present to a broker stating what I want, what they offer, and ultimately decide who is going to be the best fit for me.

I've been compiling suggestions from the podcast and some books on the subject.
