Hi @Mario NowackiYou could start by searching for the local chambers of commerce in each country.

-job growth, population growth, rent growth, diverse industries and employment, MSA of adequate size (not too small), a friendly legal environment, and stable or falling vacancy rates.Government sources like the Census, Bureau of Labor Statistics, local Chambers of Commerce, and other similar government bodies usually put out pretty good data, although it can be difficult to sort through.

Stop listening to the tinfoil hat eco-chambers on youtube, go get real data from real sources, maybe read a book, take a walk, might find life isn't half bad. 

Make certain you know your target market inside and out; and I would advise visiting and speaking with people as well (local property managers, local chamber of commerce, etc.)

I've spoken to tenants, called the railroad, chamber of commerce etc to assess the need and growth potential. 

@John Blanton, I am adding to the echo chamber.  10 yr Fannie/Freddie with 5 yr I/O is out there, and preferential depending on the business plan. 

We have attended the Cocoa Chamber of Commerce meetings, and the members had dedicated themselves to diversification of industry so that they wouldn't have the same problem going forward.

As per invoice, the original installer gives - 10 years parts warranty, 2 years labor warranty, limited lifetime chamber warranty, 10 years craftsmanship warranty.
