Real Estate holding company - Europe countries

Mario Nowacki
Posted

Hi Guys,

My name is Mario and I am totally new to the BP, so hopefully, I won't disappoint you with my silly question.

I am working for a European logistics company.

I am quite fresh when it comes to Real Estate topic and I am not even sure how to ask a proper question in the subject

Nevertheless, I've been asked to dig into the topic of Holding Company, and here is why:

--> my company owns few locations around Europe and what I need to find are the pros and cons of setting up a holding company in all of the markets where we own our buildings.

Would you be able to tell me where I could find good and up to date info about it?

I was trying to search for something here, however it wasn't that easy for me - maybe the language barrier or I do not know how to search for it.

Thanks,

Mario
