Kitchen/bath cabinets. 

If it was my own house and I had young babies again I would cover that I also put door latches on cabinets and locks at top of basement door.

Same with replacing a cabinet or door, etc.  

However the property I ended up with has an odd black/brown countertop pattern with an 80s style oak cabinet stain, along with brown floors and a beige backsplash, so it's brown on brown on brown.

Remodeling the property- New kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, vinyl plank flooring on the first floor and carpet on the second floor.

Nothing major, just the basic cosmetic stuff like floors, cabinets, showers, etc. 

Each had their own cabinets and locks on the doors.

Missing doors, damaged cabinets in kitchen, damaged vanity in bathrooms, replace the flooring and subflooring in the entire house, fix some holes, replace appliances. 

Hey what do you do to automate the repairs not covered by ahs like a door or cabinet for example ?

Other things he did.1) did not put a spacer between cabinets, so if I fix that the granite countertop slab gets tossed because the measurments changed and it will be shorter than the cabinets.2) He tried removing a rusted shut 70 year old clean-out drain cap, and caused it to pop off (under pressure) and flood under the cabinets.
