NO personal income taxes.Over the long term the southern states have been gaining population, and Texas has been one of the biggest beneficiaries of low taxes and reasonable regulation.I do think those demographics of additional population continue over time should mean over the next 10-20 years that property values continue to go up.

Fairly blue collar area with great access to transportation outlets.While Toyota is coming in, doubtful this property will benefit much from that expansion in my opinion.Very surprised that average HH income in a one mile radius is $92k, Carrollton in generally not known for resounding demographic data, although the area has nice places.
