what are few locations in Charlotte, nc to buy a rental property that gets steady renters and good home appreciation down the line? This is my first rental property investment. Maximum  budget for buying a rental property would be 150k. I am familiar with University area and Ballantyne. Are these good locations to buy a property and rent out? How is the home appreciation value in these areas? Does these locations attract renters?
