After mentioning that you think the repairs might take out the bathroom for a week (and not mentioning the hotel) the tenant might just volunteer to stay with family for a week or find other accommodations.

I have a tenant that is pretty needy, but I try to accommodate as much as possible because they are pretty clean.

We will walk the property with the tenant(s) and complete an accommodation inspection report at that time.

ESAs are defined under the law as a reasonable accommodation. 

You've done more then enough to accommodate their concerns.
