Paperless Lease Aggrements

My first real estate deal closes this week and as I continue to learn on the fly with the help of some bigger pockets  contributors especially @Roy N. and @Peter Crisp Im now focusing my learning to Landlord related issue.  What does everyone use for online signature / fillable tenant applications and lease agreements. Would be nice to have the option to send them documents via email and have them be able to fill out forms and sign them electronically.  I have looked into a couple .. Docu Sign , Sign easy  but it seems to be a big price to pay for someone with just one property under their belt.  Any Alternatives or any advice?

You should be meeting in person with all qualified applicants as part of your regular screening process. E mail them all the information in advance but sign the paper copies of the lease in person at the time of your final meeting when you read through the lease line by line with the qualified candidate.

This is also the point in time when you pick up the certified check or cash for first, last and deposits. You can not sign a lease without cash in hand and applicants should not be handing over money with out a lease signing. Catch 22,
