For example, there are parts in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh where wealthy people will gladly live in a nice duplex, triplex, or a fourplex.  

This has given me the opportunity to meet wealthy individuals who are willing me to help me reach my goals.

I work around wealthy people every day and I have suddenly found my way to become a member versus an employee.
