I am new to the real estate world but I am diving in head first. I am currently reading "rich dad poor dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. What other books would you all suggest and why?

Here is my list:

1. Rich Dad Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki - Money Motivation to get on the right path

2. Cashflow  Quadrant - Robert Kiyosaki - Gets you to understand the basic fundamentals of Money

3. Think and Grow Rich - Napolean Hill - Gets you to understand the basic fundamentals of being successful

4. Win Friends and Influence People - Dale Carnegie - People, People, People.  Everything is a people business.

5. The Book on Rental Property Investing - Brandon Turner - Very well rounded understanding of Investing in Real Estate

6. The One Thing - Gary Keller - Mental Organization

7. The Richest Man in Babylon - George S Clason - Understanding that the rules of money came well before us and will be here well after us.

8. The Alchemist - Paulo Coehlo - A great story on the rules of success and the path we should all follow.

These are some of the fundamental readings that changed my life.  I hope it helps.
