The buyers had an inspection done and are claiming roof needs to be replaced because of hail damage.The buyers then had a roofing company come out and inspect the roof, the roofing company findings supported the conclusion that hail damage had degraded the roof.There have been no hail storms in the two years I have owned it.When I purchased the property the previous owner declared that a new roof had been installed in 2019.

Apparently, he's found that if he makes the place really nice and screens his tenants well, they tend to take care of the place.Well, we're not convinced we should be doing a high-end renovation for Section 8, but the points were well taken, and my partner and I ultimately came to the conclusion that doing a little extra work (and spending some money on less destructible materials, like granite) was probably a good idea.

I previously tried using keywords with cities and zipcode: but when you use so many keywords it can create a large (and somewhat random as far as I can tell) disparity in quality scores, and frankly spreads the data so thin it's hard to draw testing conclusions.
