Yes, the whole thing is fascinating, and not the "if you can't make money owning the building, tough" attitude we thought the city would have.

As a listing agent, and knowing my client and previous offers and the attitude/wishes of the owner....I will often tell buyer agents not to bother with an offer below a certain point as they won't get a response at all.
