I haven't taken a dollar out yet and instead, I have grown from 3 to 9 doors in the last 12 months.  

Being in the military, I've really grown to be obsessed with the idea of financial freedom.

@Tim Ivory as I have grown as an investor, I have learned that those with capital can more easily play in the commercial arena.

My interest was sparked after reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad and has grown from there.

But is it that they just got out of jail for assaulting their landlord, or was the felony from 20 years ago when they were 18 and dumb, and now they are grown up with a job, a family, and on the straight and narrow.  

Obviously I want to deliver a better product than said company but the ability to Buy, Rehab and Sell successfully at that profit margin certainly grabbed my attention.It just so happened that a good friend of mine, who I had grown up with, was a Construction Manager who had spent the last couple years as a RE Agent working for other people's companies 'flipping' homes.  

As the company has grown and we are deciding on its future I have started to question whether of not this is equitable for me?

So areas that haven't grown yet so prices are still reasonable and you can put 3.5% down but they are in the path of progress.As for a side a hustle, I am in the same boat.

We have a grown a great team amongst us and continue to grow.

The fact that it's grown AT ALL from those elevated levels is pretty remarkable, really.Put another way, Target will sell more stuff this quarter than they did last quarter, because the holidays are this quarter.
