I think we've reached a tipping point where it's beginning to look like the economic shutdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic is causing far more harm than the lives it (may) save. 

If I post on Craigslist, listing available for rent 4-5 weeks out (worst case) without pictures to gauge interest - would you see any harm in that? 

I'll go first - wildlife photography, with an unexplained passion for the arctic.  

Talk to a local WA attorney first and tell them what you want to do to see if it is legal, before you do yourself any harm.

Its probably a little ambitious to think we could 'define' turn-key but the discussion has been good and points to the bigger issue that there are far too many companies who have done more harm than good.

However, I don't see any harm in starting one right away so long as the expenses aren't prohibitive (like California's $800 annual franchise fee).

You can reassure buyers that they did get a fair price and the deal was a win-win.Otherwise, if others think you're a super successful real estate investor, what's the harm in that?
