I did this all the time with people relocating and renting sight-unseen from other states/countries.Or do it the old fashioned way with a fax.  

This may sound old fashioned to you, but I don’t meet a lady without someone with me if they are alone and for that matter it not likely for me to go on an appointment of any kind without my wife or one of my children with m. 

I'd assume the same would be true, if they had an action filed against them - that they settled in some fashion.

If you don’t approach this in a business like fashion you will be the one that suffers.

In typical fashion, replies after a couple of weeks that she is interested in renewing, no mention or inquiry of rent increase on her part.

These eviction services are no substitute for good old fashioned detective work.

There are extension cords being used in a permanent fashion running from the basement and through the house to some other rooms to provide more electricity in those rooms, and there are mounted power strips to provide these extension cords with power.

You don't need to know their names or anything else, but you have to give everyone notice - even if only in a generic fashion.

In that case, you'd be double-dipping and no court thinks that's right.So, rule of thumb, don't charge your tenant for problems that have happened while using things in a normal fashion.
