Keep your eye on Little Italy as its a little pocket of town that holds its value really well because of its history and culture, yet because its in the city of Cleveland, the taxes are low (in relative terms) and its mostly multifamily homes. 

I know some folks on here are just looking to make money on referral fees, but I am also impressed with how supportive the real estate culture is so I am hoping for the best.

Jordan's first option, wholesaling, is not viable in most Canadian markets due to a variety of factors (size of market, very low {compared to the U.S.A.} delinquency rates, cultural differences w/r to selling houses, etc.}, but could work if you are close enough to The Big Smoke.

Angelina shares some of them with potential agents since agents need to find the culture they want to be apart of within a brokerage (plus, she doesn't accept everyone if they don't fit, grin).Of course, it really just depends on what you are trying to do as a regular brokerage may have what you need.

I ,like a bank,  loan is amortized. due to their culture n beliefs they can't pay interest.

It is interesting, however, how vastly different the culture surrounding commissions is in other countries.

It was built in a different era, a different time and a different culture.
