I will try banks and courthouses and I am open to foreclosed properties although that sounds like a whole new kettle of fish there and I'm sure most of them are vacant which isn't something I desire.

I think it's a great idea, especially if there is a marina on the lake that has a gas pump.. but if not still not much of a concern as long as you provide a extra gas tank for them to get gas.My son rented a pontoon last summer when we were between boats and was like $150 for the day..Get a good lift, and have lots of life jackets, and a bunch of fishing poles.

Of me not fishing)Where I lost money and saved money I lost big time on being to much of a perfectionist, ( that’s just the way I am) I used better than builder grade on everything, doors had to open and close perfectly , better paint in a lot of places, redoing work over and over until it was up to my standard was the worst.And doing more than was most likely needed to sell.
