Hi, my name is Michael and I'm new to BiggerPockets. I'm currently in the stages of my life where i want to choose something that I'm good at and I'm gonna love. A door of opportunity opened up to me today when browsing this website/app. I've always been a fan of marketing, i was a marketing expert for a restaurant by advertising and going to multiple locations to sell our product. I was also a server/waiter and with my cunning personality i was able to persuade others into trying new things. But lately I've been feeling like theres something missing and i have that ambition to do better. I currently work as a skilled drafter of wood framing and CMU houses here in Jacksonville, Florida. But, i got to thinking with my marketing skills and my knowledge of housing companies in the area, why not do real estate? The only issue i have with it is I feel like its too far fetched and I'm not exactly sure on how to approach it without making a mistake. Im 20 years old and i keep an open mind. Any help or guidelines would be greatly appreciated. (BTW the site nor the app will let me upload a profile picture so thats why there is not one. Im guessing i have to upgrade or am i just missing something?)
