It states "Cape Coral has been named the 2nd best city for job growth by Forbes and is ranked 3rd best midsize city to move to in the USA by Moveto.com.

Probably the one that I'm most confused about is hearing people rank neighbourhoods (A,B etc). 

Which this zip code has some pretty bad areas with schools ranked a 2 out of 10.  

Houston falls from no. 1 to no. 30 rank on XYZ Commercial Real Estate Market List.

Lansingburgh is an economically depressed area with one of the lower ranked school districts in the Capital Region.

If you're not sure who to hire as a leasing agent, I like to check the CoStar Power Broker Award Winner rankings or try to find a list of top leasing brokers in your city.  

I'm not sure how useful it is, but this site has some interactive charts you can play with to see how Portland ranks among other markets (and the US on average) in a few key metrics.
