I want to get published on MLS but want to be sure unrepresented buyers from syndicated sites are sent directly to me.

I don't know if those doing the trickling will have the patience to deal with the smaller investor though, for reasons already pointed out.It would be nice if someone would publish a 'this is the typical way to bid' guide.

I used data the Census Bureau's American Community Survey, which publishes excellent data annually on every MSA in the country.I limited the study to MSAs with populations above 100,000.
