One Common Question I get from investors both out of state and local about building and investing is where should they. Normally, they ask:

What areas are appreciating at greater than 20% historically per year?

The columbus board of realtors publishes these stats on a monthly basis. To meet this criteria to me it has to be an average as well as a median appreciation of at least 20%. Those are as follows and the report is below it. If you are interested in any of these submarkets please reach out to connect. If this is hard to see please message me and I can get you the file.

Those areas are: Buckeye Valley LSD (43015), Grandview Heights (Corp.) (43212), Granville EVSD (43023), London CSD (43140), Marion City (43301), Minerva Park (Corp.) (43231), New Albany Plain LSD (43054), Obetz (Corp.) (43125, 43207), Short North Area (43201).
