Most of the lists I've gotten from Kent Clothier had outdated info on them.  

Hey @Jon Klaus - we hit different groups at different frequencies, something like:Absentees - MonthlyOwner Occ - Every 6 to 8 weeksProbate - Hit them twice in 30 days then every 2 months for about 9 months maxWe don't stop mailing once we have our frequencies tuned in - but we do refresh each list every 6 months to get the news and drop the outdated records....

and the ones who sell outdated, illegal, or dangerous info to unsuspecting people.

I was guessing completely outdated and needing some TLC.

What I liked about this site is that it has a lot of cell phone numbers instead of outdated landlines. 

I believe the course ultimately sped up my understanding while also provided more up to date information ( a lot of older books are a little outdated on the financing end).

Then she emails me a message 3 days before her expected move-out date saying she didn't find an apartment, and that she wants to stay another 2 months.

How dare a tenant sew garments for people who will come onto the property to try them on. 

I highly doubt credit and background checks are outdated, for if anything, they are continuously competitive and streamlined hot tool commodities.Perhaps the 3X Rent = Minimum Monthly Salary qualifier is outdated?
