If you DO want to listen to him speak, I think he sometimes has cheap/free seminars, but you have to pay for flight, hotel, food... just don't drink the Kool-Aid at the end... er...

From running to crochet, cross stitching, biking, not drinking or smoking cigarettes (two and a half years just the other day) and I do all that I do to show them that anything is possible as long as you try and stick with it.My goals that I would like to achieve with real estate are that, I want to flip houses and have rentals.

He wanted a partner, but he had a poor work ethic and drinking problem and I refused.  2 weeks later he decided to sell to me, which was a little rough raising cash, but I did not need him. 

We shoot guns and drink beer together when we aren't working.
