Hello everyone,

I am Jacob, I am from minnesota and just looking into getting started in real estate investing. Looking to get into Buy and Hold property. I came upon a few different web sites about people talking about the benefits of real estate investing and after a lot of research it seems like a very exciting opportunity.

I currently do not have any real estate except for a primary residence my wife and I purchased 4 years ago.

I am here to learn as much as I can about anything that may help me in my investing adventures.

He is pretty hardcore, but he also doesn't have vacancies, evictions, or any of the other hassles that go along with being a landlord. Follow his lead, and you will be glad you did.
