Keep in mind this is a 50k  dollar case no one is going to a Jury trial over 50k if the borrower cant pay her back i doubt he has the money for a retainer to pursue her.. thats the reality of litigation..

One hack that I employed was getting the one week trial of ADOBE Acrobat then made all the real estate form pdfs into pdfs with editable fields. 

In this circumstance, the tenant was ordered to pay the rent into the court and trial was set for a few weeks from now.From the outside looking in, this seemed like a really easy process in a really landlord friendly jurisdiction. 

It is all trial and error until you find the perfect paper.

I bet that on this single thread I will be spared at least 4 months of trial and error learning.
