To me it is perfectly fine to wholesale a place off of MLS if you have a good deal.The POS that was shown in the original post is just some jerk marking up something that was probably overpriced to start.I have wholesaled listed places but I got a killer deal and passed on a deal that was awesome for the end buyer.

The best deals were ones I found on my own, off MLS, non-auction, through word of mouth.The problem is, without significant marketing, its challenging for me to get killer deals more than once a year or so.

Probably the biggest deal killers are roofs that have been leaking for a long time causing damage to roof structure, ceilings, floors and supporting structure.
