Would have chosen the virtual staging option in a heart beat had it been an option.  

Is it audited, who is the auditor (if the auditor is working on crypto project too, run away LOL). 

The first 2 options were less than the credit they were providing, but if I would have chosen the full-fledged appraisal I would have had to pay a bit out of pocket.Another option I looked at was  Coastal Federal Credit Union.

Can anyone tell me how to see if a chosen name is unique?

The market is sky high most everywhere & deals are like finding a needle in haystack without experience.I would consider looking at Blockchain & crypto with your internet background.
