Virtual Staging.. IT WORKS...

Just wanted to post my thoughts on virtual staging. I recently completed a fix and flip property and thought about staging it. After looking at cost I was like "NOPE" I can't see spending the cash for that. Plus I have always moved properties fairly quickly without it. Well my agent said what about virtual staging??? HMMMM??? Whats the cost I ask? It was very reasonable. In short we listed the house with virtual staging and had tons of showings that led to an accepted offer very quickly. Would I have had the same result without virtual staging? Maybe but I sure feel like we hand many more lookers because of it. Here are a couple of examples... Hope this helps.

Great idea and way to utilize technology to work smarter and not harder. Do you mind sharing what the cost was for the virtual staging renderings? Do you print them and have at showings?
