He came to work like 1-2 days per weeks.I called him but he kept giving excuses& kept pushing the project.Then he gave me attitude back that it is ok if I don't want work with him anymore.

Again, I can't speak for anyone else and the attitude was the issue for me. 

I find that folks that are in foreclosure especially those like in Texas who are weeks away from the court steps maybe in a "threw my hands up attitude."

Maybe they won't come down now but if they list and it sits 4 months maybe they have a different attitude.

Hopefully we can see just how easy this could happen.The attitude that new note investors seem to take is as I have stated, looking for some little list of ideas to not do.  

I think that part of that had to do with reading lots of books, applying action items to the real world and having a positive attitude towards learning and growing.my goal is to learn a few things from Rich Dad and apply them and get out of the rat race by November 2008.

Sounds like you have a great attitude which will help you move successfully forward in the future!
