As an investor or realtor, you need to be fluid and react to changing circumstances.

People do not invest in an investment that is not passive (such as RE acting as their own PM) for no return.  

By simply believing they had been exposed, their body began to react.

Don't say anything about renewing just tell them you have a new tenant and they need to move and see how they react.

I think a majority of them are thieves and thrive on nativity.

I don't know yet how they'll react, but my thinking was just to have everything ready for worst case scenario.
